<br />e <br /> <br />Under the proposed amendment, for the first year, each of these listed amounts would be <br />reduced by a maximum of$25. The second year, the reduction would by $50, thereafter <br />increasing by $25 each subsequent year forever. <br /> <br />The example of this one tax bill illustrates one of the immediately apparent impacts of the <br />amendment: the Urban Drainage & Flood District would lose all of its $8.88 tax from this <br />homeowner and the Arapahoe Park & Recreation District would receive only about 10% <br />of its assessed tax.
