Action:

A motion was made by Patricia Wells to accept the staff recommendation
for a $120,000 loan to the Durkee Ditch Company to rehabilitate the
Durkee Ditch, which would be a 30 year loan at the rate of 3.75%. The
motion was seconded by Ray Werner and approved unanimously (9-0).

12d. Water Project Construction Loan Program - Requests for Approval on Loans on
New Projects - Pine River Irrigation District

Action: Janice Sheftel recused herself from this item. A motion was made by
Patricia Wells to accept the staff recommendation for a $341,000 loan to
the Pine River Irrigation District to construct a raw water portion of a rural
domestic system, as a 20 year loan at the rate of 4.25%, with the condition
that this loan not be closed unless all other loans are closed. The motion
was seconded by Ray Werner and approved unanimously (8-0).

12e. Water Project Construction Loan Program - Requests for Approval on Loans on
New Projects - Pinon Mesa Ranches Community Association

Action: A motion was made by Janice Sheftel that the Board provide grant funds
in the amount of $5,000 to do a feasibility study for the project, and that
the feasibility study look to using some of the impact study funds as a
grant to help them construct an appropriate water delivery system that will
meet the needs of their subdivision, and keeping in mind that this might ..
be a short-term solution and that perhaps a treated water system might be .
a better longterm solution. The motion was seconded by David Smith and
approved unanimously (10-0).

12f. Water Project Construction Loan Program - Requests for Approval on Loans on
New Projects - Weldon Valley Ditch Co.

Action: A motion was made by David Harrison to accept the staff recommendation
for a $188,000 loan to the Weldon Valley Ditch Co. to rehabilitate the
Company's diversion structure on the South Platte River, subject to a 20
year payback at the rate of 3.5%. The motion was seconded by David
Smith and approved unanimously (10-0).

12g. Water Project Construction Loan Program - Requests for Approval on Loans on
New Projects - River Oaks on the Roaring Fork Property Owners Association

Action: A motion was made by Janice Sheftel to accept the staff recommendation
for a $25,500 loan to the River Oaks on the Roaring Fork Property Owners
Association to construct a raw water irrigation system, at the rate of
. 4.75%, with a preference for a shorter loan period, preferably a 10 year
period. The motion was seconded by Ray Werner and approved
