Construction Fund, continued. Status of Projects* (12:00 - 12:05 p.m.) <br /> <br />Frank: Akers, CWCB staff, reviewed a memo showing the status of construction fund <br />projects and the dedication ceremony with David Walker for the South Platte River <br />boat chute. Additional comments were made by Duncan, Meyring, Martineau, and <br />Evans. There was consensus that the Board should do more to publicize the Board's <br />construction fund program. <br /> <br />18a. Floodplain Management Resolution No. 92-314* (12:05 - 12:06 p.m.) <br /> <br />.,.-Ji; <br /> <br />Larry Lang, CWCB staff, introduced Floodplain Resolution No. 92-314 to designate <br />and approve the Flood Insurance Study published by FEMA for the City of <br />Broomfield, Colorado, dated August 16, 1988. Much of the floodplain information has <br />been previously designated and approved by FPR Nos. 66, 144, and 270. This <br />resolution addresses Gay Reservoir Channel and Brandywine Cree~ A motion was <br />made by Lochhead and seconded by Smith to adopt Floodplain Resolution No. 92-314. <br />The motion passed by lIn"nimous (8-0) decision. <br /> <br />18bcd. Floodplain Management Resolution Nos. 92-315, 92-320, and 92-321* <br />(12:06 - 12:07 p.m.) <br /> <br />Larry Lang introduced Floodplain Resolution No. 92-315 to designate and approve <br />, floodplain information published by FEMA in a revised Flood Insurance Study dated <br />September 28, 1990 for the City of Broomfield, Colorado. The 1990 PIS included <br />revised floodplain information for Nissen Reservoir Channel and Broomfield Reservoir <br />Tributary which reflects the completion of certain flood control works not included in <br />FPR No. 92-314. <br /> <br />Lang next introduced Floodplain Resolution No. 92-320 to designate and approve <br />floodplain information for Van Bibber Creek published by the UD&FCD in February <br />1986 for the City of Arvada, Colorado. <br /> <br />May 1992 Meeting, page 13 <br />
