<br />19a Directors Reports, CWR&PDA (9:25 - 9:30 am.) <br /> <br />Dan Law, Director of the CWR&PDA, reported on the status of their water pollution <br />control revolving loan fund. The Authority has received a $90 million grant to fund <br />the program. Law answered questions by Harrison and Simpson. <br /> <br />e\ <br /> <br />8c. Matters in Litigation, Taylor Park Reservoir Second Fill Appeal - Oral Arguments <br />(92SA68) (9:30 - 9:34 am.) <br /> <br />Steve Sims, AG staff, briefed the Board on the oral argument before the Colorado <br />Supreme Court in the subject case. <br /> <br />16. Review of S8 87., continued (9:34 - 9:58 am.) <br /> <br />b. Membership (added) <br /> <br />Sara Duncan reviewed Board member composition requirements as set forth in SB <br />92-87 and answered a question by Evans. <br /> <br />c. Annual Report (added) <br /> <br />Sara Duncan commented that the CWCB Annual Report will be due in the <br />Legislature by December 1. The staff will need to coordinate construction fund <br />applications at the November meeting. Comments were made by Eisel, Lochhead, <br />Harrison, and Smith. <br /> <br />',i <br /> <br />d. Sanchez Reservoir (added) <br /> <br />Sara Duncan reviewed an amendment that added emergency repairs for Sanchez <br />Reservoir to SB 92-87 and basic information about the dam. Larry Lang and <br />Keith Eberhardt, CWCB staff members, showed slides of the dam and its inlet <br />diversion canal. Eberhardt presented the results of the drilling and grouting <br />program. Hal Simpson, Acting State Engineer, reviewed other options if the <br />grouting program is not successful. Harrison asked a question about the outlet <br />capacity. <br /> <br />18f.
