Applicants have acquired <br />storage water under the CWCB/Vidler Tunnel Water Company <br />Memorandum of Agreement to replace their winter depletions, and <br />have claimed a junior exchange of Vidler Tunnel direct flow rights to <br />replace summertime depletions. Second Addendum to Donation Agreement with City of Boulder <br />The City of Boulder is proposing a Second Addendum to an existing <br />Donation Agreement to assign water rights to the Board for <br />maintenance of instream flows on North and Main Boulder Creeks. <br />The staff is recommending approval of the Second Addendum. <br /> <br />31. Instream Flow Program: Informational Items <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />) <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />") <br /> <br />Status of Little Dry Creek Instream Flow Investigations <br />The Cities of Greenwood Village and Cherry Hills Village have <br />requested that the Board consider an instream flow appropriation on <br />tittle Dry Creek. The Board has made a formal request to the <br />Division of Wildlife to conduct the necessary biological studies and <br />prepare a recommendation on the amount of water required to <br />preserve the natural environment. The City of Greenwood Village has <br />hired a wetlands expert to assist the Division in the data collection <br />effort. It is expected that the field work will be completed this <br />summer and a formal recommendation will be presented to the Board <br />for consideration in the fall of 1992. <br /> <br />11 <br />
