Status Report on S.1029 and Status of Wilderness Water
Requirements
The staff will update the Board on the status of the Colorado
Wilderness Bill and will present comments on the sufficiency of the
USFS Report "Instream Flow Needs Assessment and
Recommendations for the Proposed Piedra Wilderness Area" for
making the required statutory "findings" and appropriating instream
flow water rights for the proposed wilderness area.

Rules and Regulations
The Board will be presented with a second draft of rules and
regulations for review and comment. Board comments will be
incorporated into another draft which will be distributed for public
review and comment in advance of the July, 1992, Board meeting.

Election of officers

Preliminary Notice; Water Division 6, Routt, MotTat and Rio Blanco
Counties
The staff will present the Board with preliminary instream flow
recommendations on 10 stream segments in Routt, Moffat and Rio
Blanco Counties and will ask the Board to advance the preliminary
recommendations to final notice status, The staff will continue to take
comments on the proposed recommendations until the July, 1992,
Board meeting at which time the Board may be asked to take final
action.

The staff will present the Board with final instream flow
