PRC Environmental <br />Management, Inc, of Denver designed the project, The construction contract was awarded to Hall- <br />Irwin Construction Co, of Greeley and RT, Construction, Inc, of Broomfield August 6, 1996, <br />Construction commenced in early October 1996 and was completed in June 1997, Project <br />documentation and final accounting is currently underway with substantial completion scheduled in <br />July 1998, <br /> <br />Town of Morrison - Raw Water Pipeline Rehabilitation <br /> <br />Authorization: SB 95-1115 <br />Water Source: Bear Creek <br />Terms of Loan: $504,000 @ 5% for 30 yrs <br /> <br />County: Jefferson - W of Morrison <br />Project Yield: 625 ac.ft, <br />Project Type: Pipeline/Grit Chamber <br /> <br />Ibis $672,000 project is the construction of a new raw water grit chamber and transmission <br />line replacing a similar functionally obsolete facility in Jefferson County for the Town of Morrison, <br />The project consists of construction of a new concrete grit chamber at the Bear Creek diversion <br />structure and the construction of approximately 900 feet of Ductile Iron and HDPE transmission <br />pipeline along a precarious canyon wall. McLaugWin Water Engineers, Inc, of Denver, CO <br />prepared project design, The project construction contract was awarded to J.R. Walton <br />Construction Co, of Indian Hills, Colorado September 18,1997, Construction commenced October <br />1, 1997 and was completed in May 1998, Project documentation and final accounting is currently <br />underway with substantial completion scheduled in July 1998, <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Hawkeve Lateral Ditch Companv - Rehabilitation of the Hawkeve Lateral Ditch <br /> <br />Authorization: SB 97-008 <br />Water Source: Colorado River /Grand Valley Canal <br />Terms of Loan: $143,000 @ 3,75% for 30 yrs <br /> <br />County: Mesa - NE of Fruita <br />Project Yield: 1,260 ac,ft, <br />Project Type: Pipeline <br /> <br />Ibis $490,000 project is the construction of approximately 11,750 linear feet of pipeline <br />replacing an existing open concrete ditch in poor condition. The project is located in Mesa County <br />northeast of Fruita. The Grand Junction Office of the Natural Resource Conservation Service . <br />prepared project design, The construction contract was awarded to L & M Construction, Inc, of <br />Grand Junction November 7, 1997 and was completed in May 1998.
