The contract "las a\~arded on August 14, 1967. <br /> <br />Bids were opened on August 22, 1967, for construction of <br />Heron Dam and relocation of state Highway 95. A low bid of $8,597,550 <br />was submitted by universal constructors, Inc., of Albuquerque, New <br />l-w,dco. <br /> <br />Navajo Indian Irrigation project, New Mexico <br />
