(intermediate regional flood) as described by the floodwater surface
elevations and profiles in said new report, and further recommends
that':the floodplain designation for' a portion of the south Platte
River commencing at 14th street, running thence upstream to U. S.
Highway 52, as approved by the previous resolution adopted
November 11, 1977, be rescinded;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado water ,I
Conservation Board in regular meeting assembled in Denver, Colorado,
this 31st day of January, 1979, that it does hereby designate and
approve as floodplain areas those areas described as being inun-
dated by a 100-year flood as described by the floodwater surface
elevations and prOfiles in said new report for the south Platte'
River, and does hereby rescind said portion of the resolution
adopted November 11, 1977; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board
is directed to send a certified copy of this resolution to the
city of Fort Lupton, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
the United States Arriiy'Coips of ,Engineers", Omaha:-nistrict, c'for the
Federal Insurance Administration. '

Colorado Water Conservation Board 'in regular session assembled at
