<br />INVESTIGATION OF EXISTING PROJECTS <br /> <br />Preliminary investigations were initiated this fiscal <br />year on the Grand Valley Project to study and prepare a report on <br />the project needs of a rehabilitation and betterment construction <br />program on the Orchard Mesa Division to reduce canal conveyance I <br />losses. This report is scheduled for completion in January 1961 <br />in time for submission to Congress in support of a request for con- <br />struction funds. <br /> <br />SMALL PROJECTS <br /> <br />No loan applications have been received from Colorado <br />organizations. No interest in the Small Loan program has been <br />shown in the past year.'" <br /> <br />MR. STAPLETON: <br /> <br />MR. JENNINGS: <br /> <br />MR. STAPLETON: <br /> <br />MR.
