system and I think my neighbors, Earl Haffke
and also the engineer, made all the statements

time employee of the Bureau of Reclamation.
He did a large part of the field work and plan-
ning for the Northern Colorado Water Conser-
vancy District and is likewise a member' of the
Water Investigation Commission of this Board."

neering, a large part of it on the Colorado
River from the headwaters to the mouth and over
here in the South Platte basin. I am reminded
