We, along with Mel Sarchet's Farmers, take
our water out near Riverside Cemetery and the
river is not always run 100% to the ditch. It
is run to the advantage of all the water users
from Denver to Ft. Morgan. And we would like
to see those present operating conditions pre-
served which might be upset if the reservoir
in the Narrows area established water rights
and insisted on filling that reservoir every
year.

That's all I have to add and thank you."

"I'd like to introduce at this point two
other members of the Henrylynn Irrigation Dis-
trict system, Mr. Bruce Andrews is a member of
the board and R. E. Rouse, who is the Secretary
of Henrylynn. Would you two gentlemen please
stand? Bruce is also a director of the Farmers
Company and if my memory serves me, a director
of the Burlington Ditch Company."
