KELLY: <br /> <br />We, along with Mel Sarchet's Farmers, take <br />our water out near Riverside Cemetery and the <br />river is not always run 100% to the ditch. It <br />is run to the advantage of all the water users <br />from Denver to Ft. Morgan. And we would like <br />to see those present operating conditions pre- <br />served which might be upset if the reservoir <br />in the Narrows area established water rights <br />and insisted on filling that reservoir every <br />year. <br /> <br />That's all I have to add and thank you." <br /> <br />"I'd like to introduce at this point two <br />other members of the Henrylynn Irrigation Dis- <br />trict system, Mr. Bruce Andrews is a member of <br />the board and R.
