CO. I <br />note the extreme fluctuations in water level In the San Miguel, and feel. <br />that more consistent water levels In the river would be beneficial In terms <br />of erosion controi. quality of fish habitat. and minimization of potential <br />catastrophic damage from ffooding caused by ice dams. <br /> <br />I understand that the recommended minimum flow as proposed by thE! BLM and <br />COOW would not impact any existing water rights. There would appear to be <br />no negative aspects to this proposal.
