In relation to the National Park <br />Designation for the Black Canyon of the Gunnison, a motion was made by <br />Eric Kuhn that the Board direct the Director send a letter of support to the <br />Congressional Delegation for Section 10 of the Bill. The motion was <br />seconded by Ray Werner and approved unanimously. (7-0) In relation to <br />SB 99-173, a motion was made by Lewis Entz that an additional <br />amendment be made to the Construction Fund Bill to correct the designated <br />source of funds from the "Reserved Rights Litigation Fund" to the <br />"Litigation Fund." The motion was seconded by Eric Kuhn and approved <br />unanimously (7-0). The Board also indicated its support for a potential <br />amendment to the Construction Fund Bill to fund 50% of the non-federal <br />cost of a peer review of the National Weather Service/Corps of Engineer' s <br />Cherry Creek Reservoir Safety Determination. <br /> <br />23a.- Water Project Construction Loan Program - General and Financial Matters <br />j.
