Action: A motion was made by Keith Catlin and seconded by Travis Smith to approve
staff s recommendation to forward to the appropriate committees the
memorandum regarding the Annual Report on any litigation that involved the use
of moneys from the litigation fund created pursuant to Section 37-60-121(2.5),
and to formally recommend that the construction fund bill be amended to restore
the litigation fund, from the mineral severance tax operational account up to the
original $4 million. The motion was approved unanimously (10-0).

two resolutions recognizing Mr. Tom Pointon, and Mr. Jim Rodgers for their
service on the Arkansas River Compact Administration, and to distribute to them,

federal agencies as appropriate. The motion was approved unanimously (10-0).
