staffs recommendation that the Board declare its intent to appropriate a seasonal
instream flow on North Fork Mesa Creek, Montrose Counly in Water Division 4.

of staffs recommendation that the Board declare its intent to appropriate an
instream flow on Beaver Creek, Moffat Counly in Water Division 6, until the
March 2006 Board meeting with a request that staff confer with Moffat Counly
and landowners that we can identify prior to the March Board meeting. The
motion was approved unanimously (10-0).

of staff s recommendation that the Board declare its intent to appropriate an
instream flow on Little Cottonwood Creek, Moffat Counly in Water Division 6,
until the March 2006 Board meeting, with a request that staff confer with Moffat
County prior to the March Board meeting. The motion was approved
unanimously (10-0).

Action: A modified motion was made by Eric Wilkinson and seconded by Barbara Biggs
to approve staff s recommendation that the Board declare its intent to appropriate
an instream flow on Armstrong Creek, Routt Counly in Water Division 6, with
the modification that the downstream terminus of the stream reach should be
outside the high-water line of the Califomia Park Reservoir. The motion was
approved unanimously (10-0).

approve staffs recommendation that the Board declare its in1ent to appropriate
an instream flow on Elkhead Creek, Routt Counly in Wa1er Division 6, with the
modification that the downstream terminus of the stream reach should be outside
the high-water line of the California Park Reservoir. The motion was approved
unanimously (10-0).
