SPARKS: <br /> <br />"The resolution reads as follows: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the letter of July 29, 1958, <br />directed to this Board by the nominees of the Investigation <br />Commission be and same is hereby adopted as written subject <br />to the limitations contained therein and that the principles <br />and the commission therein set forth be incorporated in this <br />motion, with the following clarification and limitations: <br /> <br />1. That no specific study shall be undertaken by the <br />Commission created by this resolution as set forth in the <br />letter above referred to without the prior approval of this <br />Board, which approval shall contain a monetary limitation. <br />
