<br />ADJUDICATION OF SURFACE WATER RIGHTS AND WATER STORAGE RIGHTS: <br /> <br />3.1 Buffalo Park had sought a decree for conditional surface <br />water rights from Blue Creek. Tne conditional surface water <br />right claimed for the CMP Diversion Structure on Blue Creek has <br />been withdrawn. <br /> <br />3.2 Buffalo Park seeks a decree for a water storage right to <br />provide augmentation water for the Cragmont and Mountain Park <br />Homes Subdivisions described herein. A water right is also <br />requested for the Sprucedale Ditch. Both water rights are or will <br />be diverted from Cub Creek. The water rights claimed are as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Sprucedale Reservoir: <br /> <br />A. Name of Structure: Sprucedale Reservoir. <br /> <br />B. Amount claimed: 1.0 acre. foot, CONDITIONAL, including <br />the right to fill and refill in priority. <br /> <br />C. Appropriation Date: December 30, 1994. <br /> <br />D. Uses: Augmentation, replacement, exchange, <br />substitution, domestic and fire protection purposes. <br /> <br />E. <br /> <br />Source: Cub Creek. <br /> <br />F. <br /> <br />Legal Descriptions: Sprucedale Reservoir is an off- <br />channel reservoir located in the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 of <br />Section 28, Township 5 So~th, Range 71 West, 6th P.M., <br />Jefferson County, Colorado, the outlet of which is <br />located at a point whence the North Quarter Corner <br />bears North 540, 32', 30" East, 631.21 feet. <br /> <br />G.
