I might express for the Board our apprecia-
tion, Ted, of being over here with you again and
maybe you'd like to say a few words now."

"It's kept me busy and I've really enjoyed
every minute of it. You certainly are welcome.
I'm glad you are here again. This is the second
time and I hope there will be another time."

I'd like to introduce, if I may, the members
of the Board to our guests at the meeting today.
t7e always introduce our senior Senator, Governor,
and water expert, Senator Edwin C. Johnson. This
is home to you."

"AS you know, Governor Johnson is on the
Upper Colorado River Commission representing the
State of Colorado and his activities there have
been most helpful. I think he knows more about
water than any expert I've ever met. Ne are
always delighted to have you with us, Governor.

I'll start over on this side: Ted McCand-
less, (you all know Ted); Clarence Burr; Dave
Miller; Ray Moses, our attorney; Mr. Larry
Sparks who is the Director of Natural Resources
for the state at this time but will return as
Director of this Board next week; Len Kuiper,
the Acting Director; Mrs. Lee Keating, our Girl I
Friday; Frank Milenski; and Fred Kroeger. This
is Fred's first meeting with the Board and I am
sure all of us know him. We've worked with him .
for many years. We are delighted to have you with
us, Fred, and will enjoy participating with you."
