I

I

COLORADO WATER CONSERVATION BOARD MEETING MINUTES
Elks Club
Craig, Colorado

June 25, 1963

The meeting was called to order by vice-Chairman Stapleton

at 10 a. m.

MR. STAPLETON:

"Ladies and gentlemen, we will call this
regular meeting of the Colorado Water Conserva-
tion Board to order. First we'll have the
approval of the minutes of the Board meeting
of May 8, 1963, which were forwarded to you by
mail. Are there any additions or corrections
to the minutes?"

MR. PETERSON:

"I move that they be approved as submitted."

MR. STAPLETON:

"It has been moved

"

MR. NELSON:

"I'll second."

MR. STAPLETON:

"And seconded that the minutes as submitted
be approved. All those in favor will signify by
saying 'aye'; opposed - motion is carried.

I might say at this time that we have the
opportunity to hear a presentation of the Juniper
Project and I understand it will take about twenty
minutes. "

MR. WILLMORE:

"Thirty-five."

MR. STAPLETON:

"Thirty-five minutes. All right. Now, we'd
like to accommodate as many people as possible
in the time. I am wondering if anybody has any
particular preference as to when they'd like to
see this presentation. I'm sure many people
locally who may not be here now would like to see
these slides and this presentation. Do you think
if we had it about 11:25 so that we could then
recess for lunch, that that would be all right?"
