impossible for me to attend the Colorado Water Conservation
Board meeting Monday, September 30, 1957. Mr. A. C. Gordon
will represent me at that meeting.

I, Christian Wunsch, do hereby constitute and appoint
ARTHUR C. GORDON, of Lamar, Colorado, as my proxy to
be my representative at the meeting of the Colorado
Water Conservation Board to be held in Denver, Colo-
rado, on the 30th day of September, 1957, and grant
him the full power to vote on any matter which may be
presented, and to perform any act:which I might do if
personally present; and I hereby ratify and confirm
anything he may do in the premises.

"We have received no corrections on
the minutes as sent to the members of the
Board. "

"I mOve the minutes be approved as
presented."

MR. STAPLETON:

"I second the motion."

Upon vote, the minutes of the July 2nd Meeting of the
Board were unanimously approved.

The members of the Board were introduced to the Con-
gressional Delegation and Bureau of Reclamation officials and
other officials by Mr. Crawford.

MR. CRAWFORD:

"Not too long ago we received a report
from Mr. Larson with regard to Colorado
projects. We were jolted with regard to
two or three items on that report and
