Executive Session - Background briefings and Public Comment <br />Tape I, Start/Stop: 5656 - 6200 <br />Tape 2, Start/Stop: 0001- 0407 <br />Action: Background Briefings were made by members of the Attorney General's <br />Office, and public comment was heard. A motion was made by Janice <br />Sheftel that the Board go into Executive Session to discuss the subjects <br />listed in this Agenda Item. The motion was seconded by Patricia Wells and <br />approved unanimously (9-0), and the Board went into Executive Session. <br /> <br />9f. <br /> <br />Report From Executive Session <br />Tape 2, Start/Stop: 0407 - 0497 <br />Action: A motion was made by Eric Kuhn that, acting upon the recommendation <br />from the Attorney General's Office, the Board waive its privilege on the <br />1/26/99 memo relating to the quantification of the National Park Service <br />Reserved Water Right for the Black Canyon of the Gunnison. As a result, <br />this memo will be available for public review. The motion was seconded by <br />Bill Brown and approved unanimously (9-0). <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />lOa. Water Project Construction Loan Program - General and Financial Matters - Review <br />of Estimate of Funds Available for New Projects in 1999. <br />Tape 2, Start/Stop: 0700 - 0907 <br />Action: Informational item; no action taken. <br /> <br />lOb. Water Project Construction Loan Program - General and Financial Matters - Town <br />of Erie - Request for Parity. <br />Tape 2, Start/Stop: 0907- 2538 <br />Action: A motion was made by Janice Sheftel that the Board postpone the question <br />of parity for the Town of Erie, and instruct the staff review the parity policy, <br />and that if the Board then adopts a different policy, it would reconsider the <br />question of the Town of Erie's parity status.
