It was suggested that, be-
oause of suoh inorease in membership of UeBeard, the rules and ~egulations.
heretofore adopted for the oonduot of the Board meetings, should be ~hanged
with respeot te the number whioh oonstitutes a quorum.

After disoussion, it ....as moved by Att~rney General
Hinkley and seoonded by Mr. Pughe that t~'rules and
regulations, heretofore adopted by the Board fQr, the
oonduot of its meetings, be amended to pr~{de that the
attendanoe of eight members at any regular i>]" ,speoial
lll8eting of the Board shall oen.titute a quorilm,.to d.
business. He reoommended that, rather than this amount being paid out of the
funds of the Colorado Water Conservation Board, it be oontributed by the
larger irrigatien and oonservation distriots of the State. Thereupon dif-
ferent members of the Board agreed to attempt to seoure oontributions from
their respeotiTe areas of the State, as f.ll.....s, Judge John B. O'Rourke,
$25.00 fram the San Juan basin; Mr. Saunders, $25.00 from the Denver Water
Board; Mr. Dille. $25.00 from the NOrthern Colorado Water Conservanoy Distriot;
and Mis. Peinter, $25.00 from the Arkansas River basin.

The direotor made a brief report on the status of legislation now pending
in Congress for the establishment of riT8r Talley authoritie..

The direotor also oalled attention t.. the faot that as soon as the forth-
ooming report of the Bureau of Reolamati.ll. .n the oanprehensive plan of de-
velopment of the Colorado River Basin was made aT8.ilable to the Beard and same
