Merriman, Assistant Section Chief <br />Environmental and Hydrology Section <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Final Notice - Minimum Streamflow/Lake Level Recom- <br />mendations <br /> <br />Please find attached the Final Notice of m~n~mum streamflow/lake <br />level recommendations which the Colorado Water Conservation Board <br />will take action upon at their next regular meeting in <br />on This Final Notice <br />constitutes the start of the final 30 day public review and com- <br />ment period before the Board will be asked to take formal action <br />on these recommendations. <br /> <br />Should you wish to comment on the m~n~mum streamflow/lake level <br />recommendations as presented in the Preliminary Notice, you may, <br />do so by writing to the staff at the address given above. It <br />should be noted that while your public appearance at the Board <br />meeting is welcomed, such an appearance is not necessary in <br />order for your concerns to be recognized. The staff will take <br />your comments into account and, if you so request, present them <br />to the Board in your absence. <br /> <br />To insure adequate notification of all interested parties~ we are <br />requesting that you share this notice with any groups or indi- <br />viduals whom you feel would have an interest in the minimum stream- <br />flow/lake level recommendations as presented herein. <br /> <br />The State's Minimum Streamflow/Lake Level Program is administered <br />by the Colorado Water Conservaticn Board pursuant to Senate Bill <br />97 (section 37-92-102, CRS 1973, as amended). <br /> <br />DCM:nj.f <br /> <br />encl. <br />
