The DOW documented that a natural environment is present in the form of a brook, rainbow and brown <br />trout fishery. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />. Based on the DOW's biological recommendation, flows of 10 cfs, summer, and 4 cfs, winter, are <br />necessary to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable degree. . <br />. CWCB staffhas conducted a water availability analysis and determined these amounts are available for <br />the Board's appropriation. <br /> <br />.
