WATER AVAILABILITY

Method:

The Waterloo Gulch hydrograph was derived as a % of Gage # 09107500: Texas Creek at Taylor
Park. See hydrograph below. The winter instream flow recommendation was reduced to 0.75
cfs (10/1-4130) based on the water availability analysis. As per the Division 4 Engineer, senior
water rights do not present a water availability problem within this reach of stream.
