STAPLETON:

"Gentlemen, we will call this regularly
scheduled meeting of the Colorado Water
Conservation Board to order.

The Board members have previously re-
ceived copies of the minutes of the Board
meeting held on December 13, 1967. Are
there any additions or corrections to the
minutes as submitted? If not, I'll enter-
tain a motion that the minutes be approved
as submitted."

MR. GOODWIN:

"I'll make the motion."

MR. STAPLETON:

"It has been regularly moved. Is there
a second?"

MR. R.B.WILLIAMS:

"I'll second."

MR. STAPLETON:

"All those in favor will signify by
saying 'aye'; opposed - the motion is
unanimously adopted.

It looks as if we may have a long meet-
ing today. We'll move along as rapidly as
possible. But in order to have any meeting
at all, I have been asked to call on our
secretary, Mrs. Keating, who has some remarks
to make."

MRS. KEATING:

"Mr. Stapleton, I want to thank all the
federal agencies. They reproduced their
reports in 65 copies each and saved me a lot
of work and saved the Board a lot of llIoney.
They have agreed to do it from now on out
and I appreciate it very much. Tha~ you
all, gentlemen."

I

I
