They may come in and ask the Board <br /> <br />14 for some help; but the issue is one that, I think--and I be- <br /> <br />15 lieve many of my board members think--has state and interstate <br /> <br />16 implication. <br />17 MR. JACKSON: Could we have a staff report on that <br /> <br />18 for the March meeting, and are we going to have a hearing at <br /> <br />19 that time with the interested parties or-- <br /> <br />20 <br /> <br />MR. STAPLETON: I don't contemplate a hearing.
