.

.

.

33

1
2

MR. GORMLEY: You haven't said one is stronger.

MR. STAPLE'lO N: Any further discuss ion or modi ficatic n?

3 The question has been called for. All those in favor

4 signify by saying "aye."

5
6
7
8

(Whereupon, all members responded.)

No? The "aye's" have it. It carries unanimously.

MR. JACKSON: Good luck.

MR. FISCHER: Mr. Chairman and members, thank you

9 very kindly. We appreciate it.

10 MR. SHERMAN: May I make a point I think would be

11 useful to Rolly and to Bill? without question, this project

12 will be of interest to other state agencies; and I would urge

13 both the staff and the Board, that has yet to have a chance to

14 review the project, and Rolly to work out a systematic way to

15 begin to involve some of the other agencies which have an in-

16 terest. I think we ought to try to resolve as many issues as

17 possible and to do that even before the federal government gets

18 into their act to review.

19

MR. FISCHER: I think, if I may, the best of the

20 state agencies to help us coordinate that would be your own.

21
22
23
24
25

MR. SHERMAN: We would be happy to talk to you about

some sort of continued review of this project. I think it's

important.

MR. FISCHER: Thank you, Mr. Chairman. Is it the

concensus to discuss the Rangely Reservoir project?
