FETCHER: As you are aware, this project is in m <br /> <br />district; and I've been very close to it with Rolly. I've <br /> <br />attended, I think, all the meetings that have been held in <br /> <br />Craig concerning it. And I personally have been pretty im- <br /> <br />pressed by the amount of work that has already been done for <br /> <br />this project. I would like to see the Board pass this reso- <br /> <br />lution and give the project as much support as possible. A <br />
