<br />7. Town of Fort Morgan, an amendment to allow the Town's bonds to have parity with our loan as
<br />approved by the Soard at its July 1997 meeting, Draft amendment submitted to the Town for
<br />review on February 3, 1998.

<br />8. Greeley & Loveland Irrigation Company, a loan in the amount of $308,000 as approved by the
<br />Board at its November 1997 meeting. The Attorney General's Office has prepared a draft of the
<br />contract.

<br />9. City of Greeley, a contract for three loans: $412,500 approved by the Soard in 1986, $22,500
<br />feasibility study loan approved by the Soard at its July 1996 meeting, and $375,000 approved by
<br />the Board at its November 1997 meeting, The Attorney General's Office started drafting the
<br />contract on April 1 0, 1998,

<br />documents have been signed by the borrower and CWCS, and were routed to the State
<br />Controller's Office for final review and approval on April 21, 1998,

<br />11. Town of Lyons, an amendment to reduce the final loan amount and to allow parity status for a loan
<br />subsequent to CWCS's as approved by the Board at its November 1996 meeting. The contract
<br />was sent to the borrower for signature on April 23, 1998.

<br />12. Mutual Mesa Lateral EnterpriselOrchard Mesa Irrigation District, an amendment to reduce the final
<br />loan amount. The Attorney General's Office started drafting the amendment on March 3,1998,

<br />13. Overland Ditch and Reservoir Company, an amendment to defer its 1996 and 1997 payments.
<br />Amendment has been signed by the company and by CWCS and has been forwarded to the State
<br />Controller's Office for final review and approval on April 22, 1998,
<br />
<br />14. South Platte Lower River Group, a $240,000 grant to finance the Tamarack Project on the South
<br />Platte River. The draft contract documents were sent to the Group for review on November 4th.
<br />The borrower has indicated it is satisfied with the contract, but has to prepare a feasibility study
<br />and scope of service before we can enter into the contract.

<br />15. Trinchera Irrigation Company, an amendment to reduce its final loan amount to $611,477,85, The
<br />amendment was provided to the borrower for review on April 1 0, 1998,
