Overland Ditch and Reservoir Company, an amendment to defer its 1996 and 1997 payments. <br />Amendment has been signed by the company and by CWCS and has been forwarded to the State <br />Controller's Office for final review and approval on April 22, 1998, <br /> <br />14.
