The director shall advise the Board at its next regular <br /> <br />meeting of any such statements of opposition and shall <br />keep the Board current on all such statements of <br />opposition. Stipulations negotiated by the CWCB staff <br />shall not be filed with the court until approved by the <br />Board. <br /> <br />C.
