You have requested the Colorado Water Conservation Board ("Board") approve the <br />transfer of Clinton Ditch & Reservoir Company stock currently owned by Breckenridge Ski <br />Corporation to Keystone Resorts Management, Inc. Pursuant to the Deed of Trust and <br />General Security Agreement between the Board and Breckenridge Ski Corp., the Board <br />must approve the transfer. That approval must occur by formal Board action. However, <br />both Jennifer and I will reco=end approval by the Board of the transfer. <br /> <br />Please be advised that we can only reco=end action to the Board and the final <br />decision is the Board's. <br /> <br />This matter will be placed on the May Board agenda. Should you wish to attend, <br />please contact my office to determine the approximate time that item will be before the <br />Board.
