VRAIN <br />RIVER IN BOULDER COUNTY, COLORADO <br /> <br />The Colorado Water Conservation Board, by and through the Attorney General, and <br />the St. Vrain & Left Hand Water Conservancy District, by and through Grant, <br />Bernard, Lyons & Gaddis, P.C., hereby stipulate as follows: <br /> <br />1. The water rights decreed in this case are junior to the operation of the <br />reservoir exchange adjudicated in Case No. 89CW238 in '5.D of the decree in that <br />matter whereby water is released from certain reservoirs described in '5.D.2 and <br />stored by exchange in Left Hand Park Reservoir described in '5.D.4;b of the <br />decree in that matter. A copy of the decree in Case No. 89CW238 is attached <br />hereto as Exhibit A. This stipulation shall not affect the stipulation entered <br />into in Case No. 87CWI27, Application of the Left Hand Water Supply Company which <br />provides that the change of certain direct flow water rights to storage in Lake <br />Isabelle Reservoir and Left Hand Park Reservoir is junior to the rights decreed <br />herein. <br /> <br />2. With the agreement stated in '1, the St. Vrain & Left Hand Water Conservancy <br />District has no objection to the entry of the decree attached as Exhibit I <br />hereto, or a decree more restrictive than Exhibit 1. <br /> <br />DATED: <br /> <br />GALE A.
