I

I

IU.LJ

MR. DELANEY:

"Well, is it a fair statement that there
is no well defined service area as of this
time on which you predicted population esti-
mates other than you said there is going to
be a certain amount of growth in the area and
it will occupy approximately so many miles?"

MR. OGILVIE:

"This is correct and this relates, of
course, to my previous reference to not defin-
ing or projecting a particular area for develop-
ment. This depends on the trend which occurs
in the community and it could expand northerly,
northwesterly toward Boulder, it could expand
toward Brighton, it could expand toward Castle
Rock but in any event I think it is going to
expand generally in those areas."

MR. DELANEY:

"And I gather from what you said a few
moments ago that no particular consideration
has been given to the sources of water that
is developed and the responsibilities assumed
by other agencies and entities in this?"

MR. OGILVIE:

"Oh, yes."

MR. DELANEY:

"Have those been excluded?"

MR. OGILVIE:

"NO, those have been included."

MR. DELANEY:

1t1 see."

MR. OGILVIE:

"Those have been included because as
evidenced by the fact that other communities,
as mentioned by Mr. Sparks, have partial
supplies. The overall projection, of course,
would have to take into account existing
supplies that might be developed by Aurora,
Arvada, or other communities. This. is the
total water supply."

MR. DELANEY:

"Are those populations on top of the
2,800,OOO?"

MR. OGILVIE:

"No, that would be the total."
