I

I

our Board today having Ben Stapleton's proxy.
We are very happy to have you with us, Bob."

MR. ROBERT FISCHER: "Thank you, Fred. I consider it an honor
to ser ve with you today."

MR. KROEGER:

"Now back to the subject at hand. The
Bureau men will first present an outline of
the project.

MR. ROBINS:

"Will you give us just one minute to set
this thing up on the table?"

MR. KROEGER:

"We certainly will, Robie."

MR. BERTHELSON:

"Fred, may I make a comment?"

MR. KROEGER:

"Go right ahead."

MR. BERTHELSON:

"Maybe I ought to explain how we are
going to get you people fed and so forth
today. We haven't any formal preparations
for lunch but we have reserved a rOom in the
back of the El Rancho across the street over
here. You have to go in the front and through
the bar and we hope you will make it on back to
the banquet room. There isn't any special
luncheon. It will just be a matter of eating
there all together.

Then I would like to know roughly about
how many people will be here this evening. We
plan a dinner and little get-together, in-
formal get-together, up at Sleepy Cat Lodge
which is about 16 miles up the White River
east of Meeker. A very nice place and they
serve real good food. We'd like to roughly
get an idea of,about how many will be there
so any of you who are planning this thing this
evening at Sleepy Cat, will you hold up your
hands so we can get a count. We are all right
now.

Thank you."

Mr. Robins used a screen and slides to illustrate his
presentation.
