Walcher <br />Executive Director <br /> <br />Rod Kuharich <br />CWCB Director <br /> <br />Tuesday, January 27,2004 <br />Call to Order <br /> <br />10:00 a,m, <br />A regular meeting of the Colorado Water Conservation Board <br />(CWCB) was convened at the Holiday Inn Northglenn, Northglenn, Colorado, <br />The meeting was called to order by Chairman Eric Wilkinson, Nine voting <br />members were present at the call to order so a quorum was present (at least six <br />required), Voting Board members present were Chairman Eric Wilkinson, <br />Don Schwindt, David Smith, Bob Burr, Greg Hoskin, Carolyn McIntosh, Vice <br />Chairman Keith Catlin, Harold Miskel and Department of Natural Resources <br />. Members recusing themselves are identified.
