"The first gentleman who has been doing
all the talking is Ben Stapleton, Jr., the
Vice-Chairman of the Board, who sits in for
the Governor. As you all know, Governor
McNichols is Chairman of the Board and when
he isn't here Ben presides. To his left is
Larry Sparks, our Director; Lee Keating, the
administrative secretary; going around the
table here, John Barnard, Jr. who is Assist-
ant Attorney General and assists the Board;
Charles Boustead who is the proxy for Frank
Milenski, the member from the Arkansas Val-
ley; Mr. Peterson from Delta; Gene ~hitten,
who, as you all know, is the State Engineer;
Dr. Clark, who is head of the Natural Re-
sources Department which was set up under
Governor McNichols' administration; Mr. W.
M. '.!illiams from Denver, State Planning Direc-
tor; Mr. Nelson from Grand Junction; Ted
McCandless from Craig; Clarence Burr from
Walden; Mills Bunger who is the proxy for
Dave ~liller, from the South Platte; Lew
Williams from Norwood and vicinity; ~tt.
Kuiper who is the Chief Engineer; Mr. Gil-
dersleeve who is the Deputy Director; and,
Larry, you'll have to take over on the rest
of them if you want to introduce them. Oh,
yes, Ray Moses - I didn't mean to slight you,
Ray - who is so well known that he doesn't
need an introduction. He is attorney for the
Board."

"There are two of our Senior Hydraulic
Engineers present from the staff, Mr. Morrill
who is our resident engineer in western Colo-
rado and Mr. Boydston from the Denver staff."
