A motion was made by David <br />Smith that Felicity Hannay of the Attorney General's Office be appointed <br />Hearing Coordinator in this matter. The motion was seconded by Eric <br />Wilkinson and approved (8-0). A motion was made by Greg Hoskin that <br />the changes be included in the draft but that there was no agreement on <br />any language at the present time and the changes would all be subject to <br />review at the November 8, 2001 meeting, for the staff to move forward <br />with the schedule as presented, to publish a revised draft that included the <br />changes, and to start the formal rule making process.
