M. <br /> <br />MR. STAPLETON: <br /> <br />MR. HARTER: <br /> <br />MR. STAPLETON: <br /> <br />MR. OWENS: <br /> <br /> MR. STAPLETON: <br />I MR. OWENS: <br />MR. STAPLETON: <br /> <br />MR. MILLER: <br /> <br />"We will call this regularly scheduled <br />meeting of the Colorado Water Conservation <br />Board to order. In accordance with our <br />usual practice we've accepted proxies. To- <br />day we have a proxy for Mr. wi lliams , 14r. <br />Don Harter. Mr. Harter, will you stand up, <br />please?" <br /> <br />"Thank you." <br /> <br />"Representing the Governor is Mr. Dick <br />Eckles, whom you all know. And representing <br />Mr. Whitten is Mr. OWens. Hearing no objec- <br />tion, these proxies will be accepted. <br /> <br />Mr. OWens, can you tell us how Gene is <br />getting along?" <br /> <br />"I talked to him yesterday over the tele- <br />phone and he was just doing as well as anyone <br />can expect. He is terribly sore and he will <br />be for a long time yet. But he is getting <br />along all right and we hope to see him back <br />in the office next month." <br /> <br />"Fine. Please give him our best regards." <br /> <br />"I'll do that." <br /> <br />"The first item on the agenda is the <br />minutes of the meeting of March 11, which have <br />been previously furnished to the Board. Are <br />there any additions or corrections? If not, <br />I'll entertain a motion that the minutes be <br />approved. " <br /> <br />"I so move.1I <br />
