Compliance with CWCB/DNR Agreement of 1986 <br /> <br />As you may recall, the Departrnent of Natural Resources and Keystone Ski Corp. <br />entered into a Memorandum of Agreernent relative to mitigation of snowmaking, domestic <br />and commercial depletions on the North Fork Snake River and Keystone Gulch. The <br />Agreernent, which was modified in 1990 to reflect revised development plans, required <br />construction of at least 10 habitat improvernent structures on Keystone Gulch and $26,000 <br />in structures on the North Fork Snake River. <br /> <br />On September 6, 1991, the DOW notified the CWCB staff tI1at Keystone had <br />completed construction of all structures required by the 1986 Agreernent and the 1990 <br />arnendment. Eleven structures were completed on Keystone Gulch, nine on the North Fork <br />and seven on the mainstem Snake River.
