As a result, the Eagle River will be <br />impacted by the full amount of the well depletion. The maximum injury which could be <br />expected to occur as a result of this application has been calculated at 0.007 cfs. This <br />represents approximately 0.016 percent of the Board's instream flow on the Eagle River. <br />To date, there have been two other de minimis impacts on the upper reach of the Eagle <br />
