The Applicant recognizes that, should the stream flow in the Blue River fall below <br />the decreed amount to the Board or its in stream flow right in 87CW297 as measured at a point <br />immediately downstream from the Fox Pump and Pipeline point of diversion the Fox Pump and <br />Pipeline shall be curtailed to satisfy the Board's in stream flow right assuming that curtailment <br />of rights junior in priority to the Fox Pump and Pipeline are insufficient to meet the decree of <br />the Board. <br /> <br />8. The Board's decreed water rights will be adequately protected by the operation <br />of the water right and plan for augmentation, if diversions from the Fox Pump and Pipeline are <br />curtailed pursuant to the provisions of Paragraph 7 above. <br /> <br />9. The Applicant or owner of the water right shall install measuring devices <br />reasonable, necessary, appropriate and required by the Division Engineer to administer this <br />water right and plan for augmentation. <br /> <br />10.
