The applicants request approval of a supplemental plan of augmentation, change of
conditional water storage rights, and change of water rights on the Eagle River and Squaw
Creek near tI1e town of Wolcott in Eagle County (see attached map). The applicants have
filed this supplemental plan to provide for development projections in excess of those
decreed in a 1986 augmentation plan. Applicants are proposing to replace 213.63 AF of
out-of-priority depletions by junior groundwater and surface water rights which supply a
proposed residential development, witl1 senior irrigation consurnptive use credits, releases
from on-site reservoirs and from Green Mountain Reservoir. Applicants are also
requesting two upstream alternate points of diversion for all decreed points of diversion
owned by the applicants.
