The applicant requests a change of water rights on the North Fork of the South
Arkansas River near the town of Salida in Chaffee County (see attached map). Applicant
is proposing to move the points of diversion for two recently acquired senior irrigation rights
totalling 0.148 cfs upstream for storage in North Fork Reservoir, located on the North Fork
of the South Arkansas River, for the subsequent use and benefit of property owners within
the district.

Arkansas which may be injured by this application:

The proposed change in point of diversion has We potential to deplete approximately
eleven miles of the Board's instream flow right. The applicant has included specific
