Harold was
replaced by Brad Lundahl, who served the remainder of Harold's term.

Ideally, I would like a Board member to yolunteer to serve as one of our representatiyes
for the next three years.

Howeyer, ifno Board member can serve, I would nominate Dan McAuliffe to represent
us and I would like a yoting Board member to make a motion to that effect.
