Providing regulatory stability by using program tools to assist with permitting and <br />mitigation needs, as only can be accomplished by a state agency <br /> <br />Statewide Outreach and Education - Each Section shall perform outreach and education <br />including participating in public awareness and program advocacy activities to increase <br />public and organizational understanding of CWCB and develop opportunities for each <br />Section to achieve their goals. <br /> <br />10 <br />
