As you can <br />see in looking over them, their interests are not <br />always parallel with Colorado's interests." <br /> <br />"What is the Governor's thought on this <br />Council? Has he ever attended a meeting or does <br />he know much about it?" <br /> <br />"Frankly, he has not attended any meetings. <br />He has been urged, of course, by the other states. <br />There is a provision in here which permits Colo- <br />rado and Wyoming to become a member of this <br />group subject to their request for membership. <br />A request has been made to the group by both <br />wyoming and Colorado that they be included in <br />the membership. Wyoming's motives, frankly, are <br />essentially the same as ours, to be present at <br />these meetings.
