M. <br /> <br />MR. STAPLETON: <br /> <br />MR. D. MILLER: <br /> <br />MR. L. WILLIAMS: <br /> <br />MR. "STAPLETON: <br /> <br /> MR. D. MILLER: <br />I MR. BURR: <br />MR. STAPLETON: <br /> <br />"Gentlemen, we will call this regular meet- <br />ing of the Colorado Water Conservation Board to <br />order. The Board will remember that we had an <br />understanding that the minutes of September 8th, <br />which were mailed to you, would be approved <br />unless Mrs. Keating received word to the con- <br />trary from any Board members. I am informed <br />that she received no word so just to make the <br />record complete, I'll entertain a motion first <br />that the minutes of the meeting of September 8, <br />1961, be approved as submitted." <br /> <br />"I so move." <br /> <br />"I second." <br /> <br />"It has been moved and seconded. All those <br />in favor will signify by saying 'aye'; opposed - <br />ordered approved. <br /> <br />The next item on the agenda ,is the approval <br />of the minutes of the meeting of September 22 <br />that have been previously mailed to you. Are <br />there any additions or corrections to these <br />minutes? If not, I'll entertain a motion that <br />the minutes 0 f September 22 be approved." <br /> <br />"I so move." <br /> <br />"Second the motion." <br /> <br />"It has been moved and seconded.
