The meeting was called to order by Vice-Chairman
Stapleton at IO:OO A. M.

"Gentlemen, we will call this regular meet-
ing of the Colorado Water Conservation Board to
order. The Board will remember that we had an
understanding that the minutes of September 8th,
which were mailed to you, would be approved
unless Mrs. Keating received word to the con-
trary from any Board members. I am informed
that she received no word so just to make the
record complete, I'll entertain a motion first
that the minutes of the meeting of September 8,
1961, be approved as submitted."

"It has been moved and seconded. All those
in favor will signify by saying 'aye'; opposed -
ordered approved.

The next item on the agenda ,is the approval
of the minutes of the meeting of September 22
that have been previously mailed to you. Are
there any additions or corrections to these
minutes? If not, I'll entertain a motion that
the minutes 0 f September 22 be approved."

"It has been moved and seconded. Any dis-
cussion? All those in favor will signify by
saying 'aye'; opposed - the minutes of Septem-
ber 22 are approved.

I might say that it is a real pleasure to
