Monks Construction Company - Additional Cost due to Desilro Chanf!es: <br /> <br />Additional Reservoir Storage: <br />During excavation of the reservoir area it was determined that an additional 700 acre-feet of <br />storage could be obtained by modifying the grading plan. Monks work is $1,980,690 for an revised <br />total contract amount of$16,670,81O. <br /> <br />Consolidated Mutual- Additional Costs due to Unforeseeu Site Conditions. <br /> <br />24"-30" Watermain Installation: <br />During construction of the 24".30" watermain from Fortune Reservoir to Fairmount <br />Reservoir, approximately 5-miles in length, a number of difficulties were encountered that <br />increased the overall cost of the installation.
